Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase.

  Select Your Items

  Choose the specific beauty products you wish to return or exchange and provide a brief reason for the request.

  Print & Pack

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label, then securely pack your items in their original packaging if possible.

• 4.
  Ship It Back

  Drop your package off at any authorized carrier location and await your refund, which will be processed within 7-10 business days.
